Today, I’m going to provide a general overview of all the trending topics in the crypto space from the booming Korean cryptocurrency sector via the Kakao Messaging App’s newly integrated cryptocurrency wallet to Avnet, and to Larry Sanger’s support for Brave, the open-source blockchain browser. Now according to Invest In Blockchain, Kakao will help users use cryptocurrencies on a daily basis. Kakao has raised approximately $90 million to develop Klatyn, their blockchain network. The idea is to migrate Kakao’s existing platforms onto the blockchain network. Moving onto Avnet and their embrace of Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash. The Fortune 500 company is now adopting cryptocurrency payments as they are keen to cater to professional in the tech industry. According to the Daily HODL, the announcement mentioned that, “Today’s developers are looking for flexibility as they take their products to market, and this announcement provides our customers with more convenient ways to complete their financial transactions.” Larry Sanger, the co-founder of Wikipedia has backed up Brave, the open source browser and is encouraging everyone to stop using Chrome. While Brave is a significantly smaller company than Google, it definitely has a lot of value to add. So returning back to the news, what are your thoughts on this situation guys? Do you think Kakao’s cryptocurrency and blockchain intro and kickstart a strong bullish trend? And do you think Avnet’s hypothesis of the future, and their actions to prepare for it by introducing cryptocurrency payments are the right way moving forward? Let me know what you guys think in the comments below! It’s Cindy with CryptoPig! Catch you guys around!
